Help sales reps find early career success through their natural market

MarketMatch™ is a Web-based exercise that calculates the quality of each candidate's natural market and generates a prioritized list of their prospects so they can get off to a fast start and build a foundation for success.

MarketMatch adds new levels of versatility and usefulness to the Project 100 concept. Managers use MarketMatch to describe their office's typical clients on 10 key dimensions, such as

  • Annual household income
  • Occupation
  • Relationship to the candidate
  • Ability to provide referrals

Candidates collect information from possible sales prospects on the same 10 dimensions — then MarketMatch goes to work! Each candidate report shows how well his or her potential prospects match an office's typical clients, both overall and on each dimension.

Your company can specify the standard maximum number of prospects you want each candidate to provide, up to 200.
