Regulatory Compliance Exchange
LIMRA partners with LOMA to offer the premier financial services compliance conference. Take this opportunity to network with your compliance, legal, marketing, and auditing peers, discuss current issues, and hear from industry leaders, government officials, and regulators on topics affecting your business.

Broker-Dealer Services Committee
This forum brings together heads of broker-dealers, compliance, and variable product sales to discuss regulatory changes, technological enhancements, and issues affecting the sale of variable products. It also provides LIMRA guidance on research of interest to broker-dealers.

Regulatory Compliance Committee
This group gives members an opportunity to discuss current compliance and market conduct issues, guide LIMRA research on these issues, and — equally important — to plan and develop LIMRA and LOMA's annual Regulatory Compliance Exchange (formerly the Compliance and Market Conduct Exchange). The committee meets monthly via conference calls and twice annually in person.

Compliance Study Group
This semi-annual meeting, sponsored by LIMRA and Sun Life Financial, provides an excellent opportunity to benchmark against practices of other companies as well as touch base with colleagues. Participants suggest discussion topics in advance.

CAP Users' Group
Held annually, the CAP Users' Group is open to employees of any company participating in the Customers Assurance Program. Participants share and discuss compliance best practices, regulatory activity, and how individual companies use CAP data in their operations. This excellent networking opportunity also lets LIMRA’s CAP Team and attendees share tips on streamlining procedures, including in-house reporting, and follow-up.

Independent Producer Clearinghouse Advisory Group
Comprised of chief compliance officers from companies that sell through independent producers, this group gives members an opportunity to discuss and address compliance issues impacting independent producers.
