International Quality Management Award (IQMA)

The IQMA is an annual award designed to recognize the field managers who make an invaluable contribution to their organization’s success. This award provides companies with a way to reward these managers for their successful practice and leadership skills.

The award is available for all field managers (at the unit manager level, or equivalent, and above) who:

• Represent a LIMRA member company and have been active in field sales management practice for at least 18 months
• Are in good standing with the company at the end of the period under review
• Have a full-time sales management practice
• Manage a branch that is in the top 25 percent of the company in three categories: number of new paid life policies for the period, persistency of business, and new net recruits at the end of the period
