Management Skills Seminar

The Management Skills Seminar is designed for first-line managers and general agents in the first two years, or senior second-line unit managers and supervisors. It helps participants understand the requirements of the field manager position, its major components, and how those responsibilities should be carried out. The content focuses on improving manager performance and developing critical skills in planning, recruiting and selecting agents, performance appraisal, training, motivation, and time management.
