Unit Managers Training Seminar

The Unit Managers Training Seminar is designed for new managers, as well as producers who are considering becoming managers. Participants will explore the management process, define the role of an agent, discuss recruiting and selection techniques, develop unit activity standards, and learn a system for coaching and supervising agents to higher levels of productivity.
