Welcome to LIMRA's Field Development and Performance Committee resource site.
The committees membership includes: heads of field management or agency development, field training officers, and those charged with learning initiatives affecting the field.
The purpose of this committee is to serve as an advisor to LIMRA's Centre for Professional Development, recommend changes in current activities or additional activities such as seminars, courses, and tools, exchange ideas and issues concerning the development of field personnel, and periodically undertake specific projects to aid member companies in recruiting, training, and improving performance of field personnel.
