Leaders today must be collaborative, be able to communicate, and be able to build a culture that enhances morale, improves production, and assures sustainability and growth. Unleashed Leadership is focused on “unleashing” the potential of your people to maximize their talents and in turn help the organization thrive. 7:30 p.m. - Closing Party

Sponsored by the Organizing Committee

Celebrate a successful conference with our closing party on Tuesday night!  We will start the night aboard a ‘chiva,’ a typical wooden bus painted in tropical colors that has served as typical transportation in rural Colombia.  While onboard you can enjoy live music, drinks and snacks as we drive away from Las Americas Hotel, through the traditional neighborhoods of Cartagena, and ending at San Francisco Javier Bastion.  And the night doesn’t end there – the celebration will continue with dinner, entertainment and dancing before finally heading back to the hotel.
