Managing in a Virtual World
The virtual classroom sessions will take place on October 13, 14, 20, 21 from 11 am to 12:30 pm EST.

Anyone who is responsible for managing virtual workers.
Highlights:

    This is a six hour, interactive program that is delivered over four 90 minute virtual classroom sessions, saving you the time and money associated with attending a traditional onsite program.

    The session dates are Wednesday Oct. 13, Thursday Oct. 14, Wednesday Oct. 20, Thursday Oct. 21. Each session takes place from 11am-12:30pm EST. Please plan on attending all four sessions.

    The program is designed to help managers deal with the specialized skills needed to manage remote employees such as how to:

    • Challenge negative perceptions about the effectiveness of virtual work
    • Effectively recruit, select, and develop remote employees
    • Utilize assessment results to coach effectively
    • Communicate formally and informally with virtual workers
    • Establish meaningful performance standards
    • Ensure visibility for your “out-of-sight” employees
    • Registration fee is $595/per person. There is a special 10% volume discount available for companies that register 3 or more individuals at the same time. Please contact Customer Service for more information.
