Client Training and Support

We provide comprehensive training and support to help you optimize the use of our solutions and build a high-performing team. The online systems we provide are highly intuitive and require minimal training.

Customer service and support

Any system you use will include online help files, providing your company with a single source of up-to-date information. The help files provide general information about how to use our system, such as how to manage users, administer tests, and view reports. Assessment/test help files explain each test, how to administer them, how to interpret and use test results, and how to discuss test results with job candidates. They also include tips on interviewing candidates.

We provide service during our regular business hours:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., U.S. Eastern Time.

Training for executives

Your executives will learn how to use any system you implement to monitor and analyze key information about job candidates or trainees.

Training for client coordinators

Your coordinators will learn about the system and how various front-line users at your company will utilize the system. Coordinators will also learn how to add and delete users, review activity, and answer common questions about the system.

Training for managers, administrators, and other users

Front-line users will learn about the system and solutions your company implements. The training will be customized to help your managers integrate it into your existing processes.

Ongoing training

We encourage you to periodically schedule training for your new users and ongoing training for current users.
