Meet the Instructor

Dr. Richard Kolsky has spent the past 3 decades helping clients take marketing to the bottom line and view the world from the customer’s perspective. Kolsky helps his clients use action-learning to convert the latest business concepts from buzzwords to reality, in markets as diverse as accounting, infant formula, life insurance, cream cheese, hip-hop, and earth moving equipment. His client list runs from AAA to Kraft to Zurich Insurance Group. In addition to his consulting engagements, Kolsky teaches and directs a number of executive education programs at Northwestern University. He previously worked in the White House, was a consulting partner for The MAC Group and KPMG Peat Marwick, and taught economics and consulted at Yale.
