Marvin is an experienced Assurance and Accounting Advisory professional with a demonstrated history of serving clients in the Insurance and Asset Management sectors. Throughout his 17-year career, he has had the opportunity to gain exposure to multiple international jurisdictions, namely Europe, the Caribbean and North America. Over the past two and a half years he has been focused exclusively on supporting Insurers in their IFRS 17 journey by providing training and general technical and implementation support.

Venkata is a post graduate diploma in business administration (from IIM Bangalore) with about 18 years overall experience in Information Technology specializing primarily in the Insurance domain – 16+ years of which have been in product management, business consulting and business analysis in the insurance domain. He has led teams in process and product modeling exercises (as both a consultant and an in-house expert), IT systems development, implementation and business analysis. With stints in Thailand, Hong Kong, India, UK and Japan, I have worked and led multi-national teams involving multi-location work environments.
