At the core of many successful leaders are emotional competencies that far outweigh subject-matter expertise. Being able to draw on emotional intelligence will differentiate you as a leader by giving you a deeper understanding of how to influence and motivate others. In this program you will use a 360° assessment tool to develop emotional self-awareness and gain competitive advantage. (Registration is required at least three weeks prior to program date.)
