Managing in a Virtual World
The virtual classroom sessions will take place on November 11, 13, 17 and 18 from 10am to 12pm EST.

Highlights:

    This is an eight hour, interactive program that is delivered over four two-hour virtual classroom sessions, saving you the time and money associated with attending a traditional onsite program.

    Take advantage of the $595 introductory pricing rate being offered for the remainder of 2009! Higher rates will apply in 2010.

    The session dates are Wednesday, November 11, Friday, November 13, Tuesday, November 17, and Wednesday, November 18. Each session takes place from 10am-12pm EST. Please plan on attending all four sessions.

    The program is designed to help managers deal with the specialized skills needed to manage remote employees such as how to:

    • Overcome cultural challenges
    • Integrate assessment into recruiting, selection, and development activities
    • Utilize assessment results to coach effectively
    • Create trust and a sense of team for both on-site and virtual workers
    • Establish meaningful performance standards
    • Build a goal-oriented environment
