1C. Operating in a Low Interest Rate Environment

LL Global (LIMRA, LOMA, SRI) partnered with Oliver Wyman at the beginning of the year to form a Low Interest Rate Executive Task Force. The task force was comprised of over 125 senior leaders from 40 companies across the life insurance industry. In light of the outbreak of COVID-19 and the sharp decline in U.S. interest rates from the beginning of the year the task force immediately focused on company readiness. This session will cover some of the key findings of the task force including survey results on readiness topics as well as draw on parallels to the Latin American market.
