Benefits Administration Technology Business Owner & Legal Counsel Work Group
To provide a forum for LIMRA member companies in the Workplace Benefits arena to get together and discuss the unique challenges, opportunities and solutions in the benefits administration technology space as they relate to regulatory and compliance issues. The focus includes, but will not be limited to, bringing standardization and best practices to how carriers approach these issues and challenges and help drive more unified approach in the marketplace.
Target Membership: Individuals from Group & Worksite Benefits Division of LIMRA member company who is: The Benefits Technology Business Owner responsible for strategy in this space and is familiar and on point to work with their legal team on all aspects of legal, compliance, data security, data privacy standards and policies. The Legal Counsel responsible for all relevant aspects of carrier’s regulatory issues related to how their company faces and interacts with the benefits technology space. As this is a peer level work group, we encourage officer level attendees. All participants are expected to be an active participant in all discussions. All participants should be very experienced in their field.
