The objective of this study group is to convene Agency Field Communications specialists of member companies for the purpose of exchanging ideas and best practices for delivering and managing the array of communications to be shared with the field managers and advisors, in order for messages to be heard.
Target Membership: Members will be leaders responsible for aggregating and managing home office communications to the field offices and producers. Typically members will be Vice President or above.
Typical Topics Discussed: Cost effective technology systems/platforms to support effective distribution of and tracking of communications. Strategies and best practices for gaining partnerships with business areas who communicate with the field. Identifying best vehicles for communication.
