Mission: The purpose of this Study Group is to discuss best practices for retention of participant assets, including leave-in-plan strategies, IRA-Rollover programs and advisor referral programs. Topics will include the role of products, websites, financial advisors, and call centers in retaining assets, as well as best training practices and regulatory compliance. Composition This Study Group is recommended for individuals responsible for retaining assets and/or capturing assets through rollover or advisor referral programs. These may include managing directors, heads of strategy, product development or marketing, and call center managers. Limit of two representatives per organization.
