It’s no longer a question of “can we” deliver remote training, but rather a question of “how do we deliver effective remote learning”? How should we balance the need of the salesperson and provide a blended learning solution using online, video, ELearning, collaborative, coaching or classroom led? How does trust play a role in providing competent and motivated trainers to ensure we develop tomorrow’s sales talent? In this session, Nick Osborne and Rick Funke will explore these topics and more from a global and local perspective and share with you the impact of different training delivery methods.
Energy and enthusiasm are not only challenging to maintain when presenting remotely, they're also difficult to get across to your audience. However, by employing a few, simple techniques, it can be done. Drawing on his knowledge as both a broadcaster and trainer, Coach Steve Dawson will show you how to create a vibrant, charismatic connection to your audience, no matter where in the world you are or how far away they might be.
