ATLANTA, GA, Aug. 27, 2025 — For the second consecutive year, LOMA’s Industry Advantage received the Brandon Hall Group™ Gold HCM Excellence Award for Learning and Development. LOMA’s enterprise-wide library of just-in-time learning covers topics on life insurance, annuities, workplaces benefits — and, more recently, artificial intelligence and financial literacy.

Since launching in 2024, more than 33 companies have implemented Industry Advantage in their organizations. In a LOMA survey, 99% of learners who’ve completed Industry Advantage courses found the learning structure to be effective. To date, over 18,500 courses have been completed. This content provides relevant insights for new-to-the-industry staff as well as those seeking career advancement and deeper knowledge.
