This program is designed for leaders in strategic roles who are called upon to make complex, cross-organizational decisions, and would like to improve their ability to use innovation to solve critical business issues and improve organizational performance.

 

Program participants will earn 2 credits in the Marketing discipline toward the LIMRA Leadership Institute (LLIF) designation.

Rob LaJoie is Managing Partner of Ideaction, a North American consulting and innovation firm that has implemented successful innovation programs in more than 50 organizations across various industries worldwide. He is a practical innovator who applies innovation skills and knowledge through due process to solve real business problems. Earlier in his career, Rob was a Partner in a large international consulting firm, a senior executive at one of Canada’s major financial institutions, and a long-time client of Ideaction.
