Serve as an advisor to LIMRA; recommend changes in current activities such as seminars, courses, and tools; exchange ideas and issues concerning the development of field personnel; and periodically undertake specific projects to aid member companies in recruiting, training, and improving performance of field personnel.

Target Membership: Heads of field management or advisor development, field training officers, and those charged with learning initiatives affecting the field.
