Rob Hoskin, Ph.D. is Associate Professor Emeritus of Accounting at the University of Connecticut’s School of Business, as well as former Associate Dean and Director of Executive Programs at the School. He has taught financial accounting since 1978, at both the University of Connecticut and the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Rob also offers professional services through his consulting firm, primarily delivering seminars to non-financial managers on understanding financial statements. He has worked with clients across a wide variety of industries, including insurance, banking, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing.

As Owner of Martel + Associates, she has worked with clients such as WellPoint, Inc., National Government Services, and Marquette University. From 1992 to 2016, Ann served as Adjunct Faculty – Accounting and Finance at Marquette University, where she designed and delivered these courses in the College of Professional Studies. She is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Wisconsin.

Dan Topf, CPT is Senior Vice President of Management Development International, Inc. In this role, he designs, leads, and implements learning and development initiatives aligned with clients’ strategic goals. He serves as the lead facilitator of MDI’s business simulations and business acumen programs. Dan has worked with numerous organizations across various segments of the financial services industry, and he understands their unique point of view. Previously, he served as Adjunct Faculty at Iowa State University and Drake University — and was on the Leadership Development team at The Principal Financial Group.
