Agency Distribution Study Group
Particular focus is on the larger, size A companies (more than $100 million in FYC) and mid-size companies ($30-100 million in FYC) Purpose: To explore the issues, challenges and solutions to agency distribution growth at a deeper level - for example, recruiting, retention, productivity, compensation, and sales support costs, as well as the physical environment of the agencies and cost management.
Target Membership: Agency Distribution leaders who are at a Vice President level or above - with key focus on size A companies (more than $100 million in FYC)
