Highlights
Network with peers and industry experts while we give you an insight of the new trends and inform you on ways to deal with the challenges to come. It is a fantastic opportunity to open your eyes to new possibilities, increase profitability, improve competitiveness and attract new customers.
The theme this year will be "The Sharing Economy, a new opportunity for insurance?". This paradigm-changing phenomenon is here to stay; we see its effects already in sectors such as transportation, education, hospitality, etc. Nobody can stop it. Together we will try to define more clearly what are the opportunities for us in this new consumption mode that is arriving and ready to disrupt everything we know about our consumers. How can we adapt better? How can we contribute to this empowerment of the average citizen? How to brand yourself as an ally and not as an enemy for your customers? Let’s analyze and understand it better to manage it appropriately.
The 2015 European Annual Conference will cover the important issues and identify strategies that will shape the future of our industry.
Get ready with the help of our “How to” workshops. We selected them carefully for their value and usefulness.
