There are many factors at play in the employee benefits space, and navigating all of them for the best outcomes is difficult. This is an opportunity for LIMRA member insurance companies and technology service providers to participate in an open discussion on how to cohesively work together and define better outcomes. Our goal is to connect participants with peers and technology purveyors to learn, network, and share innovative ideas to help identify potential solutions to existing challenges.
Karan brings over 13 years of experience in Insurance technology consulting. His perspectives are borne from hands-on leadership of transformational global programs. He has developed implementable IT strategies for clients including Aflac, Dearborn National, Allianz, AIG, Lincoln Financial and Reliance Standard. Prior to co-founding Spraoi, Karan served as the Systems Integration Leader for EY’s Life and Annuities Advisory Services and held several roles in Deloitte’s Insurance Consulting practice.
Sixteen insurance companies and eleven benefits administration technology companies have been working together to develop a data exchange standards for the non-medical workplace benefits market. We are excited to share our work efforts and demonstrate a prototype of both the structured file format and the API solutions. This will be your opportunity to provide input and view what the value of data exchange standards can bring to our industry.

In the event that a scheduled meeting or event is cancelled by LIMRA for any reason, LIMRA shall refund any conference registration fees that have been paid by the registrant.
