All cancellations and refund requests must be in writing. Full refunds minus a $100 administrative fee will be granted only on cancellations received no later than ten business days before the meeting. No refunds will be granted after that time. In the unlikely event the meeting is cancelled, LIMRA and LOMA will refund the total registration fee. However, LIMRA and LOMA will not be responsible for any travel, hotel accommodations or other costs incurred.
