This program will be appropriate for all individuals involved in sales, marketing and agent training, including those who design the products themselves.

Did you know that more than half of the buyers of financial service products would be unable to answer 3 basic questions about the product or service that they purchase? This is because neuroscience research has shown that people make decisions with emotion, and then justify those decisions with reason.  This in turn means that one of the largest deciding factors at play when it comes to purchasing an insurance policy is the sales representatives ability to empathize with the client and create a connection.

Carlos Islas Murguía es Consultor y Master Trainer de LIMRA y LOMA, de nacionalidad mexicana y ha trabajado por más de 25 años en el sector asegurador en el de la banca, ocupando cargos ejecutivos.

Antes de vincularse a LIMRA y LOMA, fue Director de la Universidad Corporativa AXA en México. También ocupó el cargo de Director de Gestión de Riesgos en el Grupo Financiero Promex Finamex y fue Agente de Seguros en Grupo Nacional Provincial (GNP).

Ha sido Copresidente del Comité de Canales de Distribución de la Asociación Mexicana de Instituciones de Seguros (AMIS).

Carlos tiene dos profesiones; está titulado en Administración de Empresas de la Universidad La Salle y en Psicología de la Universidad del Valle de México, tiene una Maestría en Psicología Clínica y un Ph.D. en Neuropsicoanálisis de la Universidad Intercontinental.
