Group Registration Discount:

We are pleased to offer two group registration options that you can secure by contacting customer.service@limra.com.

  • 5–9 — Registrants from the same company will receive a $150 discount per person when using the quantity discount promo code provided.
  • 10+ — Companies may purchase 10 or more registrations and receive a 20% discount on the total registration fee. A single payment is required along with the total number of registrants. We will provide a special company link/code for your organization to distribute to the group.

Note: Discounts may not be combined with any other discount offer. We cannot combine existing individual registrations into group registrations.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that a scheduled meeting or event is cancelled by LIMRA and LOMA for any reason, LIMRA and LOMA shall refund any conference registration fees that have been paid by the registrant. Under no circumstances, however, shall LIMRA and LOMA be liable to the registrant for any other expenses including, but not limited to, airfare and hotel expenses incurred by the registrant. Attendee Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing. Email customer.service@limra.com. Cancellations received before July 14, 2023, will be refunded, less a $75 processing fee. Cancellations received from July 14, 2023 to July 28, 2023 will be refunded, less a $375 processing and administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after July 28, 2023.

2023 COVID-19 Health and Safety Protocols

The safety and well-being of our members, associates, community and employees, remains LIMRA and LOMA’s top priority. To assist with our organization’s efforts to contain the spread of Coronavirus (COVID -19), we continue to monitor and follow local and state laws and guidance as it relates to events and meetings and all other mandated and recommended precautions from applicable state and local leaders. We also monitor, and advise you to remain aware of, the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

While we encourage all meeting and event attendees to take precautions to ensure their own health and to be considerate of others, event attendees are not required to wear face coverings or social distance, unless required by local law.

Make your reservations by July 11, 2023 by following the reservations link, or by calling the reservations phone number and mention the LIMRA Advanced Sales Conference in order to receive the group rate of $329.00 single/double (plus applicable sales taxes). Requests after July 11, 2023 will be accepted on the basis of space availability. The group guest room rate will be offered three days prior and three days after the meeting dates subject to availability and must be booked by calling the hotel.

Please note that hotel rates will go up after the cut-off date or when the meeting room block sells out, whichever comes first. Make your reservations early to be able to take advantage of our discounted rates.
