***Your registration fee includes attendance, refreshments, lunch on the two conference days, an electronic copy of the conference delegate listing and invitations to the CIC Opening Ceremony and Cocktail Reception and the CIC Dinner and Show. Full payment must be received prior to the conference and once payment has been received an invoice/receipt will be issued.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation for registration will be refunded less US$100.00 if received on or before April 30, 2023. Any cancellations received after April 30, 2023, will NOT be refunded any part of the registration fee.

Tucked between the sapphire waters of the Caribbean Sea and verdant mountain peaks, the Hyatt Zilara offers an adults-only escape with boundless luxury while the Hyatt Ziva offers recreation and relaxation for the entire family.

Hotel Rates:

Attendees to the 2023 Caribbean Insurance Conference will receive a discounted, all-inclusive rate (valid at both the Hyatt Ziva and Hyatt Zilara) of US$542 per night (Single Occupancy) or US $602 per night (double occupancy). A special booking link to reserve your room at the group rate will be emailed to attendees upon paid confirmation of conference registration.

Guest Room Rates include all taxes, services charges and gratuities. Taxes are subject to change according to government regulations. Attendees shall pay two (2) nights deposit at the time of making their reservations. The Deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no show. Booking cut-off date: May 4, 2023.

Please note: All reservations are subject to availability of rooms at the time of your request. We recommend booking your hotel early to take advantage of our discounted rates and avoid disappointment.

If you receive any unsolicited or suspicious email or phone call about a hotel booking in conjunction with this meeting, our advice is not to click on it, but delete the email immediately. In the case of a phone call, never give out your credit card information. Our designated conference hotels will never call you unless you contact them first.
