Managing Partner, Ideaction

Rob LaJoie is Managing Partner of Ideaction, a North American consulting and innovation firm that has implemented successful innovation programs in more than 50 organizations across various industries worldwide. He is a practical innovator who applies innovation skills and knowledge through due process to solve real business problems. Earlier in his career, Rob was a Partner in a large international consulting firm, a senior executive at one of Canada’s major financial institutions, and a long-time client of Ideaction.
