The growth of - and need for - wellness programs has been increasing for years. The financial, mental, and economic stress created by the recent COVID-19 pandemic and its economic repercussions will only increase this need. People are worried about their health and finances. Employers want to lower healthcare costs, keep productivity high, and engage employees. What does this mean for the financial wellness market? Juneen Belknap Kirk and Aaron Harding of PwC and Alison Salka of LLG will discuss trends and expectations for wellness programs and the industry. It will include a discussion of consumer needs, employer desires, program offerings, platforms and best practices.

Alison Salka joined LIMRA and LOMA in 2012 and is responsible for determining and implementing the strategy and direction of its global research program. She oversees a team of more than 80 researchers and other staff professionals in the research division who conduct consumer research, benchmark studies, and white papers focused on helping member companies better understand industry issues and trends. She is also the director of the Secure Retirement Institute. Salka previously led the retirement research and competitive intelligence team at Prudential, and was also a director of retirement research and business analytics at MassMutual. She has earned a Master’s degree and holds a doctorate.

He has delivered financial education programs for Fortune 500 companies, professional sports leagues, collegiate audiences and others. Aaron is also co-author of the annual PwC Employee Financial Wellness survey and regularly shares PwC’s financial wellbeing insights with clients and at conferences

Juneen is a Principal in PwC's Financial Services practice. Particularly interested in the role analytics, digital and fintech innovation is playing in shaping customer and distribution expectations, Juneen often works with insurance and retirement clients to reimagine their future business models and offerings. As the Advisory Financial Wellness Lead, Juneen has led a number of research initiatives and strategic projects with financial services clients related to the global challenge of Financial Wellness.
