Senior Client Partner and Global Diversity and Inclusion Strategist, Korn Ferry
Andrés Tapia is a Senior Client Partner and is Korn Ferry’s Global Diversity and Inclusion Strategist. He has been one of the leading voices in shaping a contemporary, next-generation approach to diversity and inclusion. The approach is global, deeply integrated into talent systems, and focused on enabling marketplace success. He has over 25 years of experience as a C-suite management consultant, diversity executive, organizational development and training professional, and journalist. Mr. Tapia, the author of a groundbreaking book, The Inclusion Paradox: The Obama Era and the Transformation of Global Diversity, as well as the co-author of Auténtico: The Definitive Guide to Latino Career Success and of The 5 Disciplines of Inclusive Leadership: Unleashing the Power of All of Us (being released October 2020).
Ms. Grech-Cumbo joined the North America Advisory team in 2017. She leads Global Advancing Women. Beatrice works with clients to develop strategies to advance the next generation of female executives and under-represented talent. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she was a Senior Vice President of Global Talent, leading a team that strategically manages and develops the world’s largest private workforce. In this role, Ms. Grech-Cumbo was responsible for building the capabilities of associates at all levels to ensure that Walmart had a highly qualified and high performing pool of talent able to deliver on the business strategy.
Senior Vice President, Human Resources, LIMRA and LOMA
Michele LaBouff leads the human resources (HR) department for LIMRA and LOMA. She develops HR strategies that support the company's business goals, which align with its core values, and that deliver on its employee value proposition.
In this role, LaBouff is also responsible for leading all aspects of the employee experience including engagement, recognition, development and recruitment, as well as compensation and benefits.
LaBouff, who joined the organization in 1995, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
