Learning to master remote work is no longer optional, it's a necessity….but normal in-person managerial and leadership skills simply do not solve the obstacles that the remote workplace experience brings..  Fortunately, anyone can create a successful workforce, it is just a matter of how.  A select few innovative companies are leading the charge by building unstoppable remote workforces that are now more effective than in-person teams. So what are these companies doing that makes them so successful? Since 2014 Jeff Butler has been building remote teams across different time zones and studying what it is that makes them successful.  What he has found is simple yet profound: mastering remote manager techniques makes people even better in-person leaders.

Key takeaways will include:

  • Understand how transitioning from a 'face-time' manager to a 'performance-driven' manager can skyrocket your team's performance.
  • Discover what signals show up when a remote employee is about to quit.
  • Learn how to leverage metrics to create an effective and action-driven team.
