Highlights

Preparing for a post-pandemic world requires organizations to think about where employees will work, how the pandemic set a cultural change in motion, if they want to embrace it, and how. The pandemic accelerated a structural shift in the workplace. Most organizations had to break down previous barriers, invest in their digital infrastructure to enable remote work, and promote a remote-first culture. But can remote work persist? To ensure a positive employee experience, employee wellbeing and productivity, and the long-term success of the company, both a behavioral shift and a change in mindset are required.

Join our panel of experts to learn about the challenges for organizations and their workforce, and the skills required to successfully navigate through the new world of work. The LL Global and Aon team will present an initiative supporting and enabling companies, their leaders, and their workforce to approach a future of remote-first work. We will show how you can identify and develop relevant skills, provide your leaders with the tools needed to successfully guide their teams, and how to generate impactful insights on an organizational level.
