In dealing with the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic, insurance companies are grappling with the accelerated need for digital proficiency coupled with an enhanced demand for sustainability.   Against this backdrop, Kyobo Life designed an exemplary system of sustainability management based on stakeholders engagement.  This “Human-Centered Stakeholder Relationship Management” plan aims to achieve the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) objectives via the creation of a win-win ecosystem.  Kumjoo Huh will share how Kyobo Life went about setting up their sustainability management system, including their commitments to stakeholders, the principles according to which its promises are implemented, and the key performance indicators to measure success of their ‘Pursuit of Shared Growth with All Stakeholders.’  Attendees will also receive practical implementation tips as well as actions that can be taken to help companies achieve their own ESG goals.
