WINDSOR, Conn., June 3, 2013 — Fernando Henrique Cardoso, president of Brazil from 1995 to 2003, will deliver the keynote address at the LIMRA-LOMA Latin American Conference in Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil, August 25-27, 2013.
