WINDSOR,Conn., Dec. 22, 2014—The 2015 Platform Program Management Executive Summit, scheduled on Jan. 14-15, is the first of ten executive summits hosted by BISRA, a collaboration between LIMRA and BISA.
“Today’s banking executives face many challenges and demands on their time as the banking industry experiences intense scrutiny and heightened competition,” said Dr. Betty Moon, CFP, BISRA executive director. “With this in mind, we are focusing our program to ensure our attendees get access to the industry's highest quality research, actionable insights and valuable networking opportunities. Together we expect that this unique combination will make participation in our summits stand out as a highly valued investment of their time.”
An award-winning, well-respected leader in the banking industry, Moon joined BISRA in 2014 to transform and reinvigorate the organization. With nearly 30 years’ of executive experience in financial institutions, Moon understands the formidable challenges of bank leaders. Most recently, Moon worked for Infosys Limited, a global technology and consulting company, as North America Banking and Investments Group Executive.
The Platform Program Management Executive Summit, held in Winter Park Florida, addresses the most critical topics facing platform program leaders, including the current interest rate environment, the impact of customer technology adoption on branches, and employee retention and development. The interactive format encourages participants to share their experience and best practices with training, compensation, referral and segmentation strategies as they strive to deliver improved performance for their institutions and their consumers.
Additional executive summits that will be held in 2015 include:
“We respect that time is an executive’s irreplaceable asset,” noted Moon. “BISRA executive summits offer valuable, industry-recognized research and peer-led discussions where participants can ask questions, learn from each other, and continue their journey as students of the business.”
BISRA was established in 2012 to provide in-depth research and business intelligence in the banking and credit union space. In addition to the research and other performance measurement and benchmarking tools, BISRA hosts a series of exclusive strategic summits for executives to learn about industry trends, share best practices, and discuss evolving issues, and current challenges.
