May 6, 2021 – Sharon Scanlon, senior vice president, Customer Experience and Producer Solutions, Lincoln Financial Group, will kick off the 2021 LIMRA Marketing Conference, held virtually on June 2-3, 2021. Ketty Trivedi, chief marketing officer, Prudential Group Insurance, will follow with a discussion on integrating and automating customer engagement to target, engage, activate and measure the customer journey, leveraging predictive analytics. Both speakers will then join Katie Bartling, vice president, Marketing Communications and Internal Sales, Sammons Financial Group, for a moderated interactive session addressing current key marketing issues.
On the second day of the conference, Americus Reed II, a professor of marketing at the Wharton School, will talk about creating and fostering “brand communities” that connect to deep levels of emotional and social affiliation, and cultivate lifelong loyalty with consumers.
