WINDSOR, Conn., Feb. 20, 2026 — LIMRA and LOMA announced today that it has launched a new leadership experience program in partnership with Wharton Executive Education.

The new AI Leadership Experience is a six-month blended learning experience. The program includes an initial three-day session on Wharton's Philadelphia campus in May, continues with four virtual classes, and culminates with a capstone session at Wharton beginning in October 2026. Ninety business and IT leaders from 39 companies have registered to attend the program.

“This is our second major program in partnership with Wharton Executive Education,” said David Levenson, president and CEO, LIMRA and LOMA. “There’s a tremendous need for companies to use AI to lead responsible, enterprise-wide transformation. We opened up the program to our members in early January, and it took only two short weeks to hit our capacity limit.”

The program is designed to prepare executives to help their companies navigate potential AI disruption while optimizing AI’s positive impact on productivity and innovation. Attendees will explore real-world industry challenges, participate in collaborative learning with their peers, and gain insights from industry, technology, and business experts about aligning AI with business priorities, managing risk and governance, readying the workforce, and turning vision into measurable results.

Participants who complete the program will earn a LIMRA and LOMA Wharton Certificate. This certificate recognizes their leadership, commitment to their professional development, and dedication to shaping the future of AI within our industry.
