Kathy Pearson, Ph.D. is a strategist, Systems Thinking expert, and authority in decision making. She is President and Founder of Enterprise Learning Solutions, a firm focused on executive development and learning across industries — with many clients in financial services and health care. Kathy is an Adjunct Senior Fellow at the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics and has served as Adjunct Associate Professor at The Wharton School, both at the University of Pennsylvania. An award-winning educator, she is heavily involved in Executive Education at The Wharton School, Duke CE, and the Institute for Management Studies — on topics such as Complex Decision Making, Strategic Agility, and The Enterprise Mindset.

Framework for Making Short-Term Versus Long-Term Decisions
In the event that you need to cancel, we must receive your cancellation in writing. Cancellations received before July 27, 2021, will be refunded, less $600. Cancellations received from July 27, 2021, to August 10, 2021, will be refunded, less $1,000. No refunds will be issued after August 10, 2021.
In the event that a scheduled program is canceled by LOMA for any reason, LOMA’s liability is limited to the refund of the program registration fee. Fees are subject to change without notice.
