The Supplemental Health, DI & LTC Committee

Sponsored by LIMRA, LOMA and SOA, the Supplemental Health, DI & LTC Committee helps design and provide content for the annual Supplemental Health, DI & LTC Conference.

Target Membership: Committee representatives are typically members of either LIMRA, LOMA, or the Society of Actuaries. They oversee or are involved with a variety of functional areas for the following products: accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity plans, disability insurance, and long-term care/combo products. Areas of expertise represented on the committee may include product development, actuarial, underwriting, claims, administration, etc. Up to two representatives from the same company may participate on the committee only if they represent different product tracks.

Typical Topics Discussed: Topics/issues related to the following products: Accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity plans, disability insurance, and long-term care/combo products.
