Field Officers Round Table
A study group of regional field officers meets twice annually with an agenda consisting of topics of mutual interest and usefulness to field officers in the performance of their responsibilities.
Target Membership: Regional field officers of affiliated distribution
Typical Topics Discussed: Field manager identification and development; recruiting to grow the channel; succession planning, and compensation to drive desired behavior.
