Wayne Adams leads RGA’s Global Long Term Care and U.S. Individual Health. From 1997 until assuming his current role in 2006, he was responsible for RGA’s sales and marketing activities throughout the United States. From 1987 to 1994, Adams served as a regional Sales Vice President for RGA, and from 1994 to 1996, he headed sales and marketing for RGA’s nontraditional reinsurance segment. Earlier, he served in several positions in reinsurance operations, including Director of Reinsurance Administration.

Aaron Ball is responsible for managing the long term care insurance business for New York Life. Prior to joining New York Life in February, 2015, he was a Senior Vice President with Genworth Financial and held roles as both the LTC Product and In-Force Leader and General Counsel for LTC. In these roles, Ball was responsible for managing the development of long term care products and services, managing the in-force portfolio and providing legal and regulatory counsel to the LTC business line. In addition, Ball was responsible for the leadership of various government relations and regulatory initiatives.

In his role as Vice President of Living Benefits, Mark Costello has responsibility for the overall performance of the IDI and LTC business. He has worked at Munich Re for nearly twelve years. Costello has more than twenty-five years of insurance experience working with products including life, critical illness, major medical and credit insurance.

Paul Fromm is responsible for Individual Disability Insurance product, underwriting, service, pricing, and financial oversight. Prior to this, Fromm was an Assistant Vice President of Retirement and Investor Services. In that role, he was responsible for transition and service to plan sponsors and advisors with plan assets ranging from five to 50 million in assets. Fromm joined the company in 1986 as a client service representative and has since been promoted up to various management roles within the organization including operations and marketing.
An educator, communicator, and consultant, Stephen Harvill is the founder and president of Creative Ventures, a strategic consulting firm based in Dallas, TX. As a leading strategic thinker and consultant to fortune 500 companies, Harvill has integrated a holistic approach to developing organizational principles. A scientist by education, Stephen brings a unique perspective to both his research and his presentations. Harvill is the author of “21 Secrets of Million Dollar Sellers: America’s Top Earners Reveal the Keys to Success” as well as numerous articles and publications dealing with effective management skills and the future of leadership in our chaotic world. He travels internationally, consulting with a diverse range of clients including American Express, Wells Fargo, IBM, Microsoft, and Apple.

Larry Hazzard is Vice President of Product and Marketing Strategy at Berkshire Life Insurance Company of America, a wholly owned stock subsidiary of The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America. In this capacity, he is a member of Guardian’s Disability Leadership Team. He joined the company in 2007 from MassMutual Financial Group’s U.S. Insurance Group, where he was Vice President, Product Portfolio & Life Marketing. Earlier in his career, Hazzard was Manager of Marketing Services at Beacon Corporate Benefit Services, a Blue Cross-Blue Shield subsidiary.

Brian Klapper is an expert in operational and cultural transformation, as well as a speaker and writer. He has worked with international companies in a variety of sectors, including financial services, consumer products, and health care. Tim Kneeland was appointed President of Long Term Care in June, 2011. Previously, he was in Business Development, where he oversaw the creation of new distribution opportunities across what was then called AEGON Financial Partners. Kneeland started in the life insurance business in 1982, while still a college student. He held several field management positions, including general agent with Life Investors. In 2002, he accepted a position in the Life Investors home office and he was promoted to President of Life Investors in 2003.
Kimberly Tomaselli has over 18 years of experience with Individual Disability Insurance. She currently is the Claims Manager for the Living Benefits Department at Munich Re. Tomaselli joined Munich Re in July 2012 as an Account Representative. Prior to joining Munich Re, she worked for Disability Management Services, Inc. (DMS) as a Director of Claims. In addition to her IDI claims experience, Tomaselli also has a financial background and worked in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in Audit and Tax Accounting. With her extensive knowledge of financial information, she provides training on how to analyze financial documentation in relation to claims with her clients.
