- One (1) Social media promotional (combined Sponsor & Exhibitor Post) recognition (deadline date August 15, 2020)
- Pre Conference Attendee list 3 weeks prior to the conference, and updated list each week up to the conference – Attendee List policy applies.
- 1 Email promoting virtual Exhibit Hall
- Opportunity to provide your company’s Social Medial Links to your virtual booth
- Opportunity to upload into the resource section of your virtual booth, PDF’s, whitepapers, and links (up to 20 uploads) (deadline date for materials August 15, 2020)
- Engagement tools that include chat rooms, leads, video upload, the opportunity for virtual face to face connection via a link to your company’s chosen platform.
- 2 Complimentary Registrations to attend the Conference – Additional attendees can register at Member rate
- Your logo included in 1 Social Media post following the conference thanking Sponsors and Exhibitors.
