A virtual exhibit booth is a landing page branded with your company’s logo and messaging and includes:

  • Company description on Conference webpage of 150 words or less
  • Your logo included in 1 Social Media promotional post thanking sponsors and Exhibitors  (deadline date July 8, 2020)
  • Pre Conference Attendee 3 weeks prior to the conference, and updated list each week up to the conference – Attendee List policy applies.
  • 1 Email promoting virtual Exhibit Hall and sponsors
  • Your Logo displayed on rolling slides during Generals Sessions
  • Opportunity to provide your company’s Social Medial Links
  • Opportunity to upload into the resource section of your virtual booth, PDF’s, whitepapers, and links (up to 20 uploads) (deadline date for materials July 20, 2020)
  • Engagement tools that include chat rooms, leads, video upload, and the opportunity for virtual face to face connection via a link to your company’s chosen platform.
  • 2 Complimentary Registrations to attend the Conference – Additional attendees can register at Member rate
