Tobin previously worked in sales and business development at Snowflake, a leading big data platform, and in strategic finance at Medallia, a customer experience management platform.
In his role, Björn works with industry leaders to modernize distribution models and translate digital capabilities into real-world production gains. In her role at Prudential, Christina Cuffari leads programs and technology training that support the sales organization, financial professionals, and broker‑dealers, helping them effectively use Prudential’s planning tools and platforms to better serve clients.
She began her career as a financial professional in southern New Jersey and later worked as an internal sales consultant across multiple channels. Christina earned her business administration degree from The College of Saint Rose, where she was part of the 2011 NCAA National Championship women’s soccer team and received multiple All‑American honors.

With more than 30 years of industry sales and distribution leadership experience, Bill leads a broad portfolio of teams dedicated to strengthening LIMRA and LOMA member engagement and industry impact. He began his career as an internal wholesaler before advancing to external wholesaler roles, later taking on sales management positions with Merrill Lynch where he oversaw distribution across annuities, separately managed accounts, 401(k)s, and IRAs.
Prior to joining LIMRA and LOMA, Bill was Senior Vice President and Head of Distribution for MoneyGuard Solutions at Lincoln Financial Distributors, where he led the enterprise distribution strategy and national sales organization.
