Two communities. One expanded workplace benefits experience.

A New Name. The Full Story.

What’s changing?

We’re bringing together the Workplace Benefits Conference (WPB) and the Enrollment Technology Strategy Seminar (ETSS) as a single event — the Workplace Benefits & Technology Strategy Conference — to create a broader, more connected experience for professionals across the workplace benefits ecosystem.

This change reflects the increasing consolidation of the workplace benefits landscape. Product strategy, technology, enrollment, administration, distribution, and data are no longer operating independently. By bringing WPB and ETSS together, we are creating a broader, more connected experience that reflects how you do business today.

The two conferences have always served complementary audiences. Bringing them together creates more opportunities to connect strategy, products, technology, enrollment, administration and, distribution—all in one place.

Why bring the conferences together?

Workplace benefits are becoming increasingly connected. Product strategy, technology, enrollment, data, administration and distribution can no longer operate in silos.

By bringing these communities together, the new conference will give attendees:

  • A broader perspective on the workplace benefits landscape
  • More opportunities to learn from experts across disciplines
  • Access to a larger peer community
  • New connections across technology, products, strategy and distribution
  • Practical ideas and insights they can take back to their organizations

Who attends?

The conference will bring together executives and experienced professionals shaping workplace benefits.
