The following Exhibitor Terms shall govern all Exhibitors, Exhibit Package(s) and Exhibit Registrations for any event or conference held by LL Global, Inc (including its brands, LIMRA, LOMA and LIC) (“LLGI”).
NON-TRANSFERABLE EXHIBIT PACKAGE
The Exhibit Package provided to the Exhibitor under this Exhibit Registration shall not be assigned, transferred, or otherwise disposed of to any third party. Any attempt to transfer or assign such Exhibit Package without LLGI’s consent shall be null and void.
EXHIBITOR COMMUNICATION AND COORDINATION
The individual registering the booth (“Exhibitor Contact”) will receive all communications from LLGI, including but not limited to invoices, exhibitor services information, and attendee registration details. LLGI will not distribute information to multiple contacts. It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor Contact to disseminate this information internally within their organization. It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor Contact to coordinate its third-party contractor or internal department, as applicable, with LLGI’s exhibit service provider (e.g. Alliance). LLGI shall not be held liable for any delays or issues arising from Exhibitor Contact’s failure to provide this information in a timely manner.
CANCELLATION BY EXHIBITOR
All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received in writing on or before July 3, 2026, will be refunded, less an administrative charge equal to fifty percent (50%) of the applicable Exhibit Fee. No refunds will be issued after July 3, 2026.
CANCELLATION BY LLGI
If LLGI cancels the Conference, for any reason, Exhibitor and LLGI agree to work in good faith to identify the next LLGI event that is suitable for the Exhibitor's audience and transfer the Exhibit Fee to that event. If the Exhibitor and LLGI cannot reach an agreement on another event, LLGI will refund the Exhibit Fee paid. In no event shall LLGI be liable to the Exhibitor for any other expenses including, but not limited to, airfare and hotel expenses incurred by the Exhibitor.
ATTENDEE LIST POLICY
Provided that the Exhibit Fee is paid in full in accordance with the applicable invoice, LLGI will supply the Exhibitor with a curated attendee registration list including contact information (for all who provide consent to share their information) for a one (1) time outreach and is not to be used to populate Exhibitor’s database. This list is provided for the express purpose of marketing to attendees of the Conference only. Use of this information more than two weeks after the Conference concludes is strictly prohibited. LLGI represents that it has all necessary consents to provide the attendee list to Exhibitors for such limited purposes.
CONFERENCE POLICIES
Exhibitors will not schedule any additional activities that conflict with scheduled Conference events. Exhibitors will be required to comply with the LLGI Event Code of Conduct linked hereto and included in the registration materials - LL Global Event Code of Conduct.
Exhibitors shall not imply an LLGI endorsement of its products or services. Use of the LIMRA logo and any other LLGI marks is expressly forbidden unless otherwise agreed upon by LLGI in writing.
EXHIBITOR NAME AND LOGOS
Exhibitor grants LLGI the limited right to use Exhibitor's name and logo in the form provided by Exhibitor solely for the production and promotion of the Conference as set forth above.
EXHIBITOR BOOTHS
Booth selections at the Conference are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with Sponsors given first priority over Exhibitors. Exhibitor selections are made based on the booth reservation date. Payment of the full Exhibitor Fee must be received prior to any booth selections. LLGI reserves the right to modify the floor plan if needed. Exhibitor booths may only display branding from the Exhibitor. Co-branding with other entities is not permitted. Exhibitor shall engage and contract directly with the exhibit service provider and shall be liable for any fees associated with such contract. LLGI shall not participate in or be liable for installing and/or setting up Exhibitor’s booth. Exhibitor is solely and exclusively liable and responsible for the applicable booth space assigned to Exhibitor. At the end of the Conference, Exhibitor shall dismantle the booth and surrender the booth space in the same condition as it was at the time of assignment to Exhibitor.
REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTIES
Exhibitor acknowledges and agrees that each is authorized to register an Exhibit at the Conference. Exhibitor’s performance and obligations hereunder shall not violate (i) the rights of any third party; (ii) any other agreements; (iii) applicable law, regulations, or orders; and/or (iv) the Conference Policies set forth above.
INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
Exhibitor assumes liability and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend, and save LLGI, its employees, agents and attendees, and the Conference venue, its employees, agents and invitees harmless against all claims, losses, and damages to persons or property, legal costs and attorney's fees to the extent arising out of or caused by Exhibitor's installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy, or usage of the Exhibitor booth or the Conference venue or any part thereof, excluding any such liability caused by the sole negligence of LLGI and the Conference venue, their employees, agents, attendees and invitees. In addition, the Exhibitor acknowledges that LLGI and the Conference venue do not maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor's property and that it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain general liability, worker’s compensation, business interruption and property damage insurance covering such losses by the Exhibitor. If insurance is desired, Exhibitor must obtain it. It is recommended that Exhibitors take precautionary measures of their own against theft, damage or injury.
LLGI LIABILITY
Except for claims arising out of LLGI’S gross negligence or willful misconduct hereunder, LLGI shall not have any obligation or liability for any exemplary, punitive, incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages (including, without limitation, any damages arising from loss of use or lost business, revenue, profits, data or goodwill) to the extent arising in connection with this Exhibit Registration, the Exhibitor booth and Exhibitor’s use thereof, even if LLGI has been advised of the possibility thereof. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, LLGI’s total liability under these Exhibitor Terms will not exceed the amount recoverable from its insurance.
CONSENT TO USE PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES
Registration and attendance at, or participation in this event, constitutes an agreement by the registrant for LIMRA/LOMA's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image, likeness, or voice photographs, video, and/or electronic reproductions.
