This webinar will be of interest to a broad range of both IT employees and business leaders in the financial services industry, including the insurance, group and worksite benefits, and retirement sectors interested in learning more about how the pandemic is reshaping IT.

Registration is open to corporate office employees of LIMRA and LOMA members.

Highlights

The financial services industry, including the insurance, group and worksite benefits, and retirement sectors have been grappling with digitalization for many years. In some cases, COVID-19 has exposed the lack of progress in unwelcome ways, and supercharged their accelerated implementations in many others. Join us for a panel discussion hosted by LIMRA, LOMA, SRI and LL Global VP and CIO Kartik Sakthivel to discuss how technology can and is changing the front office and back office operations within organizations, improving customer engagement and value, reducing cost, and driving value through the organization. Kartik is joined by Ken Solon, EVP and CIO Lincoln Financial Group, Kathleen Kay, SVP and CIO Principal Financial Group, and Patricia Renzi, Principal and CEO of Milliman’s Life Technology Solutions, for a candid discussion on where we are and where we are heading.
