Marvin Marvin Yorke

Marvin is an experienced Assurance and Accounting Advisory professional with a demonstrated history of serving clients in the Insurance and Asset Management sectors. Throughout his 17-year career, he has had the opportunity to gain exposure to multiple international jurisdictions, namely Europe, the Caribbean and North America. Over the past two and a half years he has been focused exclusively on supporting Insurers in their IFRS 17 journey by providing training and general technical and implementation support.

Venkata Krishnan Srinivasan

Venkata is a post graduate diploma in business administration (from IIM Bangalore) with about 18 years overall experience in Information Technology specializing primarily in the Insurance domain – 16+ years of which have been in product management, business consulting and business analysis in the insurance domain. He has led teams in process and product modeling exercises (as both a consultant and an in-house expert), IT systems development, implementation and business analysis. With stints in Thailand, Hong Kong, India, UK and Japan, I have worked and led multi-national teams involving multi-location work environments.

Simone Brathwaite

Simone Brathwaite is a Senior Principal with the Actuarial practice of Oliver Wyman. She has over 20 years of experience in the life insurance industry spanning North America, Europe and the Caribbean. She has extensive knowledge and expertise in the field. She has worked with a variety of clients and has a deep understanding of the industry's complexities, regulations, and trends.

In addition, Simone has a passion for finding solutions that fit the needs of her clients which drives her to take a highly personalized approach to her work. She takes the time to get to know each client and their unique circumstances, including their risk tolerance, financial goals, and budget. She aims to develop customized solutions that meet the client's needs, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

She supported the Canadian regulator OSFI for 2 years on many of the actuarial and solvency initiatives between 2001-2003. She worked for the CEA (Insurance Europe) and multinational insurers in Europe on Solvency II development, MCEV and Economic capital between 2004-2007. Simone has been focused on valuation, pricing, solvency, IFRS17 and M&As in Canada and the Caribbean region since 2007.

Simone is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries. She has been a consultant with Oliver Wyman for over 20 years. She holds an Honors Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, graduating with Distinction.
